Refund policy

HandOffAgent subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because a subscription unlocks real, metered AI infrastructure — indexing, embeddings and streamed answers — from the moment payment clears, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, in one click, from the billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately while keeping your plan active until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds at our discretion

If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or the service was materially unavailable during your cycle — write to us and we'll review the case. Refunds outside of billing faults are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Overage charges

Pay-as-you-go overage charges reflect AI messages already served to your clients and are not refundable, except where caused by a fault in our metering.
