· for agencies

The client support layer your agency ships with every project.

Every delivered project generates the same tail: CMS questions, checkout questions, “where does this email come from” questions. They land in your inbox because the answers live in a codebase your client can't read. HandOffAgent indexes that codebase and turns it into a white-label AI support portal — one link per project, answers grounded in the real source, delivered under your brand.

Your project managers stop context-switching. Your developers stop being the documentation. Your maintenance retainers stop leaking hours — and the analytics show you what every client actually struggles with.

Common questions from agencies

How do agencies use HandOffAgent?

Agencies connect each client project’s repository, set privacy and daily limits, apply their own branding, and hand the client one support link at delivery. The AI answers "how do I…" and "why does…" questions grounded in the real source code, so the account team stops fielding them.

Can the client tell it’s a third-party tool?

Not on Pro or Elite. You set your logo, accent color, copy, theme and typeface, and remove "Powered by HandOffAgent" entirely. The gateway reads as your agency’s own AI support portal.

How does this fit into maintenance retainers?

The gateway absorbs the recurring "quick question" volume that eats retainer hours, while analytics show you exactly what clients struggle with — useful signal for upsells and documentation.

Is client project code kept private?

Code is indexed as embeddings inside your private workspace and never used for model training. You control whether the AI may quote source or cite file paths, and you can exclude any directory from indexing.
